Refund & Return Policy

At Rest n Run, we stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at restnrunstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, compression socks that have been worn or removed from original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
